Step One:
Red Seat works with clients to complete a comprehensive, detailed job profile. Then we use this profile to tailor the Berke Assessment to match the role.

Step Two:
Potential candidates receive an email invitation to complete the Berke Assessment online. Results are available immediately.

Step Three:
Red Seat translates the results into two incredibly revealing, user-friendly reports:

  • The Berke Job Fit Report, which assesses cognitive ability, assertiveness, intensity, problem solving, sociability, responsiveness, and other important factors relevant to the position
  • The Interview Guide, a comprehensive list of interview questions for hiring managers
