We have a unique opportunity for an experienced salesperson to step into and continue to grow an established and productive NW Suburban territory.  This outside sales representative position is supported by experienced operations, inside sales, purchasing and VMI teams and is ideal for an up-and-coming or seasoned salesperson with demonstrated sales success.  If you are interested in unlimited, uncapped earnings and want to partner with a company that has capability to deliver on product and service promise, we hope to hear from you!

Our Sales Representatives:

-          Have annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

-          Provide reports and updates on sales activities and expenses

-          Are in the field over 90% of the time calling on existing accounts, developing business within existing accounts and identifying new accounts in the assigned territory

-          Provide direction to Inside Sales team for customer quotations, update customers on pricing, services and new products

-          Develop relationships with suppliers

-          Attend sales meetings, tradeshows and training

-          Collaborate internally as a team member

We seek an energetic, personable and goal-oriented individual with 2 - 5+ years of demonstrated success selling into and developing relationships in industrial, manufacturing or repetitive sales to similar accounts.  Familiarity with Vendor Managed Inventory or a related consumable / refillable sales model is helpful, but not required.  Intermediate MS Office skills, required.  We will train on our product lines that include abrasives, adhesives, cable management, cutting tools, electrical, fasteners, fittings, janitorial supplies, kitting, material handling, MRO, protective caps and plugs, safety, shipping products, tapes, tools and 3M. 

Class C Components offers a base salary along with commissions on existing business in the established territory, opportunity for unlimited commissions in a highly productive territory, a car and gas allowance, entertainment budget and a family-focused and fun work atmosphere.
