NOW HIRING: Boiler Service Specialist for Residential and Light Commercial customers
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boiler Service Technician to join our growing team for a full-time, regular M - F daytime position. Overtime is available but never required!. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of boilers and associated equipment in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of boiler systems, a commitment to safety, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
What we offer:
$40-50 hourly rate. This is an hourly rate and the compensation rate is not based on sales or commission.
A $10,000 sign-on bonus if you have at least one comp card.
A take-home company van with paid gas and maintenance.

Monday – Friday schedule 7 AM to 4 PM, with optional overtime.
On-call one week a month / $80 per hour rate for service calls / no calls after midnight.

Core Technical Duties:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all aspects of boiler systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components.
Perform boiler startups, shutdowns, and combustion analysis for optimal safety and efficiency.
Interpret technical diagrams and maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and reports.
Boiler Service Technician: Key Qualifications
We're seeking a Boiler Service Technician with 3–5+ years of combined residential and commercial experience. An MSP Comp Card is preferred. Ideal candidates are master troubleshooters with strong diagnostic, repair, and communication skills, a deep understanding of boiler systems and safety protocols, and a commitment to continuous learning and accurate record-keeping. If you enjoy customer interaction, have Service Titan experience, a valid driver's license, and thrive in an independent role providing high-level customer service, we encourage you to apply!
