Client Account Manager - Business Consulting

The role:
We seek a Client Account Manager (CAM) to work alongside our Business Advisors and clients. This role is crucial for delivering an exceptional client experience, managing essential meeting logistics, and optimizing internal systems. Responsibilities include:
Deliver Exceptional Client Experience & Advisor Support: Cultivate strong client and advisor relationships, providing prompt, organized communication and seamless support during meetings, including managing presentations and efficient note-taking methods.
Technology Facilitation & BOS Management: Provide critical tech support to clients and advisors across various platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Ninety.io), including onboarding, account configuration, and basic troubleshooting for managing documents and other tools.
Internal Operations & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain internal systems and processes to boost efficiency, manage client documents, support CRM activities (e.g., Nutshell), and assist with special projects.
Marketing & Business Development Support: Contribute to marketing efforts by coordinating and producing sales and marketing collateral, assisting with email campaigns, and leveraging skills in graphics, design, and/or video production for initiatives like client onboarding training.
The person we seek:
We seek an experienced support professional with an Administrative, Office, Project Coordinator, or Event Planning background. Qualities that will contribute to success in this position are critical thinking, sound judgment, a high degree of autonomy, fluency with technology & web-based tools, engaging phone & video communication, general business acumen, strong writing skills, and the ability to follow a process and improve processes. Intermediate computer skills are required (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, CRM, Zoom & Project Management platforms). Prior experience in a business-to-business environment and working remotely, desired.
