NOW Hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!  Duties include scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls and logging information into our CRM, Service Titan.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm maintenance, service, and installation appointments for callers

  • Meticulously log appointments in Service Titan, our CRM and project management system

  • Proactively monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms

  • Effectively follow up with customers to secure appointment bookings

  • Clearly present service plans and savings options to customers

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to all callers and internal clients

  • Maintain a well-organized and clean office environment

 

This position requires a friendly and customer-oriented individual with experience in reception, scheduling, dispatch, or customer service, ideally within the home services industry (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing). Proficiency in Service Titan is highly desired. Successful candidates will excel at building strong client relationships, effectively resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to business growth. Proactive team players with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who are eager to take on new challenges will thrive in our fun and fast-paced environment.
