Site Manager/Sales Associate - Work-Life Balance

Our Site Manager / Sales Associates oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal performance in leasing, revenue generation, cost control, and property upkeep. Some Duties and Responsibilities include:
Customer Service and Retention:
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Actively address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Sales and Community Involvement:
Schedule and conduct onsite visits to secure customers.
Reach out to local businesses to introduce our offerings.
Host and participate in community events.
Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
Property Management:
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Clean and maintain the office, storage units, and common areas.
Financial Management:
Monitor and follow up on monthly rent payments.
Initiate and carry out processes for delinquent customers, including but not limited to: telephone calls, letters and emails, lockouts, and auctions.
Provide monthly occupancy and related reporting to ownership
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a strong sales and customer service background in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality, property management, retail, or leasing industries. Qualifications include past sales success, exceptional customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, P.O.S., and data entry programs.
In addition to a competitive industry wage up to $50,000 and incentive opportunities, this position offers a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Working schedule is 5 days per week Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 5PM (two Saturdays per month). Closed Sundays.
